I love Secrets of the Dead and have been a fan since the series began. This is a particularly good and important episode which I am rewatching for, perhaps, the third or fourth time. But the costuming is so terrible. Jamestown is located in Living History/Reenactment central. Could the production people, at least, not borrow a chemise and set of stays for the main character. Here is the viewer learning a fascinating story about a forgotten girl during a crucial period in our history and the actress playing the part isn't remotely dressed correctly for the time period. Shoot- I would have driven up there to loan her the proper clothes! So distracting and not up to standard at all for this, otherwise, great episode.
