Mickey Mouse is such a nice guy that he simply doesn't know how to say no to anyone. This causes a lot of friends to take advantage of his kindness so he asks Donald to teach him how to say no.
This is yet another very fast episode that reminds me of those Keystone comedy shorts from the 1910s where pretty much anything could happen. At less than four minutes there's nothing great story wise but the film is so fast and so full of silliness that you can't help but be entertained by it. We get some very nice gags dealing with a wide range of characters asking to borrow things and poor Mickey can't even get the word "no" out of his mouth. There's a funny twist at the end when he can only say no.
