Still my 2nd favorite season of Ninjago

Another solid episode. It had a great final battle and a great conclusion to the sky pirates in which they finally stand up to Nadakhan. It gaves jay some sold development, and while yes the timeline gets reversed and jay and Nya are the only ones who remember what happened, it creates for an awesome love story and solves all the problems between Jay and Nya between Seasons 3-5.

This season Cemented jay as my favorite character, because of how well he played protagonist this Season. From screwing up and getting most of the ninja trapped to standing up to Nadakhan and saving his friends.

Another thing I loved about this season are the sky pirates and Nadakhan. The sky pirates after finding out that Nadakhan's true intentions, turn on him and provide for a great conclusion, especially Clancee. He was one of the cowards on the team, but he finally stood up to his oppressive leader and while he did get captured within the sword, it felt satisfying to see him stand up against Nadakhan.

The Greatest Ninjago Episode

Warning: Spoilers
This is BY FAR the greatest Ninjago episode. As someone who grew up with this show and has watched every episode and season including the Wildbrain and Dragons Rising era. It has everything, an amazing ending to an amazing characters arc, emotional moments, plot twists etc. The plot twist of Nya also getting shot by the tiger widow venom still gives me goosebumps every time and just seeing a Lego character from a kids show cry just for some reason makes it way more emotional for me. I know a lot of people don't like the ending but I think it's phenomenal, Jay, after having a entire season to realise he doesn't need to change who he is to seal his inevitable fate with Nya. The flashbacks that play during the time travel part are so emotional aswell. I LOVE, and I mean LOVE, that Nya and Jay are the only ones who remember about Skybound.

11/10 episode, absolutely phenomenal.
