"Game Of Flags" features Star Butterfly and various family members competing to put a flag at the top of a hill. I honestly didn't know much at all about that "King Of The Hill" game. I think Star's mother really gets to shine her. She truly is developing into a great character. I love how she finds the fake corn versions of Star and Marco. She says she doesn't remember giving birth to a twin of Star made of corn. We even get to see her use her powers as she becomes a literal butterfly in the finale. ****
"Girls Day Out" is awesome because it's the episode that focuses the most on the character Janna. We get a great look into her character as we see how wacky she is. This episode features her and Star going to detention and getting batteries so they can watch a wrestling match on a TV in another room. It's great to see these two characters together. I especially love the scenario. It's great that a show about the supernatural still focuses on the goofy antics of high school. ****
