Genuinely funny!

Not for the faint of heart (or easily offended), but the pilot offered several laugh-out-loud lines (most delivered by Ron Livingston) in a reasonably fresh scenario for a comedy.

Rude, crude and with more "rough edges than an IKEA chair" this is surely not for everyone, but if you haven't been turned off by this brief description it might be just what you're looking for - laughs in terribly inappropriate situations!

Funny, enough said

After watching the pilot episode, I found myself laughing out loud by myself, which its incredibly hard to make me.

I love the character of Loudermilk and i think part of the reason he is so funny; aside from perfect casting and delivery, is that he's human and flawed and relatable.

I'm not a big fan of comedy today, but this show gives me a sense of belonging in an otherwise robotic world.

A show about real people for real people. I can only imagine it will get better. To be honest and fair,i caught the beginning of the next episode before i could post this and I was in tears.

I have not laughed this hard in a while. This episode itself is a tad clichéd, but i've never really cared about that in a comedy.

If it makes me laugh, its done its job.

On to the next episode, who's with me?

And then I Hit Rock Bottom...

Warning: Spoilers
If you're not easily offended and like snark, this might be for you.

I'm not offended by cussing and some of this stuff is funny, especially the scene where the guy takes a while before he hits rock bottom.

You'll see...

However, I didn't laugh out loud, but willing to watch more to see where this goes.

If you've ever be to NA or AA, maybe you can really relate. I don't know if these characters are realistic or not.

I'm not sure why the main character is the way he is. Maybe he found a fly in his beer once and hasn't gotten over it.

I hope the jokes, oneliners, and snark keeps on coming.

If you're a mature adult and don't mind foul language and sexually explicit jokes, you might give it a go.

A Real Stitch!

I only watched this because I've been shooting blanks when it comes to picking out something to watch for fun. I like the name Loudermilk because of John D. And Kirk of the old Minnesota Vikings. We are introduced to this outrageous, irreverent guy who has been off the sauce for four years and who runs counseling sessions for abusers and reprobates. It is really profane and ugly, but the writing is quite delightful. We are introduced to his apartment house mates and they play off him well. He is already taken with the new girl. This episode is about a twenty something young woman who is into bad substance abuse. He needs to help her to keep his place for holding his sessions.
