"Britney Spears: I'm a Slave 4 U" is a title from 2001, so over 15 years old already, that gives us the name of the artist and the title of the song featured in this music video. This is still from the days when Britney was considered among the biggest stars on the planet and she was around the age of 20 at that point. Well what can I say here. At 3.5 minutes, it is not too long and the lyrics do not really offer a lot of depth. The visual side of the video is also pretty mediocre to be honest. But the positive news is that it is a really catchy tune at times and that Britney is undeniably hot in here. The director is Francis Lawrence by the way, very prolific music video maker, and also fairly known these days thanks to the Hunger Games franchise. But we talk(ed) about that one on another occasion. Britney's music video here gets a cautious thumbs-up from me. It is not among her most memorable efforts (song- and video-wise), but it is good enough for a positive recommendation I guess. See it.
