While it's good that they have focused on a lot of T.V shows and landmarks in the decade, there's just two small, but important, things they missed; animation and the 2007 writers strike.
For animation, this is a truly missed and wasted opportunity to talk about the rise of action cartoons (Justice League, A:TLA), as well as adult animation (seriously, not one mention of Adult Swim, Family Guy or South Park (while they did mention it in their previous series, the 90s, this show was in it's prime here than the previous decade)). And this is also a missed opportunity to talk about the rise of Anime in the U.S and its influence. I don't know why they never got to the animation industry.
The second is the writers strike of 2007. I never saw a mention of it at all, not one passing mention, despite the fact that it was an important event for the final stretch of the decade. This strike caused some writers to either be fired or caused shows that have their seasons shortened.
Overall, while it's a pretty good episode, I feel that it could've been better.
