- A character has random, unpredictable visions of a man and a woman whose faces are covered in blood and have blood coming out of their mouths.
- A character takes an ice cream scooper and shoves it into a man's throat. The character then repeatedly rams it deeper into his throat until he dies. We see his distressed face and hear gurgling noises. Flashbacks of this incident come up later.
