Hopefully The Narrative Will Be At The Audiovisual Level In The End
LeCronopio7 August 2019
The cinematography and the script in general of this episode lives up to the best that the show has presented to us so far. Photography is once again amazing, it perfectly encapsulates the contrast of the worlds that are involved here: the versatility and differentiation of the mental spaces of the characters and the physical spaces according to time and geography. There is a control of the genre that is already an absolute domain by Noah Hawley, and the imminent end is a promise of audiovusal pleasure. BUT ..., and this is where I regret having to keep my bad feeling about the central argument of the series.

-David, at a certain point, under adverse and desperate circumstances, acted wrongly and took advantage of his power over Syndey Barret?

Yes.

-Is it condemnable?

Yes.

-He fell in an absolute excess since then?

Yes.

BUT, is that simply Noah Hawley has decided that we forget that Syndey Barret started all that based on jealousy of her own self of the future, and that she also decided to ally and believe in the Villain of the series (serial killer, king of the underworld and possessor of the newborn David), what exclusively makes David's excess possible and sustainable? Synday Barret, who correctly condemns David, is unable to take responsibility for any of her stupid decisions, and it is something that is already surpassing me.

It's something that I just can't swallow, and that I believe, anyone without cognitive damage can't do it either. I hope Noah Hawley closes and makes that arc of story credible in some way, otherwise it will be a complete stupidity and mere bad advertising of the social movement of the time, because apparently he understands it completely wrong. WE ALL HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS AND DUTIES. And Noah Hawley seems to have forgotten that here.

Audiovisual: 9/10 Script of the chapter (considering the plot voids): 6/10.

We're in for one hell of a finale
hamedazad7 August 2019
Warning: Spoilers
So there is only one episode left. It is going to be a true marvel.

This episode concluded with David (and his legion) and Charles on one side, and two Farouks on the other side. The finale is going to be partially about their ultimate fight. God I hope that team David wins. On the other hand, we already know that this is where David destroys the world. We were already informed of that by the future Syd, who I think is the Syd that is with the baby David. The Legion is trying to save the world by killing Farouk, but in doing so he affects all timelines. I believe that that version of Syd who is trying to keep the baby David safe stays there and gets old. She has to be the one that goes back in time (forward according to her timeline) to warn everyone of the peril David is about to impose on the world. Will she be able to raise her current version of David to become a truly good person is the real question. Then perhaps her version of David could stop David 1 from doing what he did, but we already know that baby David is not going to be successful, or else that Syd would not be forced to travel time and warn others.

Oh my God, so many possibilities, so many storylines, and only one episode left. Truly this show is a marvel. It demonstrates how a good complicated show should be. I am going to miss it.

This episode is literally one of the best episodes ive seen in my life !!!
aboalhyjaa15 September 2019
And believe me ive watched a lot. Not that it contains the best script and dialogue ever. But it also contains great acting from great actors and actresses. And it also opens the door to a lot of questions that cannot be answered in only 1 episode that is left from this great tv-show. Thats why we need a show that have a relationship with this show. Spoiler 🚨 alert : Is it possible thats Davids father Charls is the same Charls Xafier from X-Men world ?
