The Game (1997)
The Game watch it and feel paranoia
The Game is from the maker of seven:Sean Penn and it shows. Michael Douglas gets a present from his brother, a contest with one rule there are no rules. Till the end you are not sure what will happen. Michael Douglas shows in this picture he really has acting skills!
Bandolero! (1968)
Stewart, Martin, Geer in the west.
Bandolero is western with a little humor and romantic. James Stewart is in my opinion the star, plays without any pressure and feels his role is easy. Dean Martin and Rachel Welch are in love on the screen but they did not show it. Will Geer is a crook but joyful. He puts this movie to a higher level.
The Concert for Bangladesh (1972)
after woodstock last waltz monterey pop very important
This legend movie is specially with Harrison,Dylan,Russel and Clapton one of the concerts you must see. They are all in a good mood and if you want to see some history of pop music you will have to see this concert.
Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid (1973)
bob dylan's music belongs very good in this movie
The story of pat garret and billy the kid is filmed often but this movie has the right actors in it. Coburn as pat garret is playing like he is the sheriff and Kristofferson is the rude joyful kid,Dylan and Bell are on the background realy busy. You can see what i mean when Dylan must read the cans of food.Knock knock knockin on heavens door is still one off the most covered songs of Bob Dylan. That is one reasen to see this film, you will enjoy it
Unforgiven (1992)
eastwood at his best
Unforgiven is in my opinion a movie with the right cast. The story is simple but the players are feeling well. Clint should be making more of these westerns.
The Last Waltz (1978)
the best music doc.
The band is playing in the last concert like they used to.Great music and nice interviews and of course the greatest pop singers of all time. When you see bob dylan play you will see the spirit he has with the band.COOL.There are also good remarks for neil young[althouh not clear],dr john, joni mitchel and muddy waters. For a lot of people the last waltz is the best music document ever. It's also my choice.
Jeremiah Johnson (1972)
Will Geer and Robert Redford in great western.
The cast is tremendous,Will Geer as Bear Claw and of course Robert Redford plays his best role of his career,a loner in the wilderness.See how the savage of Leaver Eating Johnson survived. High in the mountains Johnson learns from Bear Claw how to live. One great advise the old grizzly hunter gives to Johnson: Watch your topknot.Johnson answered I"ll watch mine if you watch yours. The film is also filmed with great skills.Redford once said Jeremiah Johnson was mine best role.He lived for several month outside to prepare his role.No one knows if Johnson still lives... This movie should be in the all time top 250.Former tennis player Van Den Akker voted this movie for best movie ever.
