Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011)

"I Am Home" with this movie!

Defiantly one of the best movies this year. I have never really been a fan of the planet of the apes, but this movie makes me want to watch more highly intelligent apes in action! James Franco does great in this, but don't forget Andy Serkis who plays as the leader of the highly intelligent apes Caesar. The reason this movie was made was to make a message. "Don't change what is not meant to be changed" because most likely in real life this would actually happen. And that's what makes this movie brilliant the fact that in real life ***SPOLIERS*** if Ape's intelligence was increased they would probably revolt and start taking over And the reason is because apes are much stronger than humans. We're basically The weaker of the primates but we are highly intelligent and that's the reason We are so supeior but just imagine a huge gorilla with the brain of a human. That's scary! 10/10

Zombieland (2009)

You want an overrated movie? Go watch the Shawshank Redemption!

Defiantly my favorite zombie movie besides the dawn of the dead remake and Shaun of the Dead. Whoever says this movie is overrated should nut up or just shut the f**k up. Seriously it's not like the movies got a 9.8 or like a 9.0 rating on here!? Half the reviews and comments say this movie is overrated! By the standards that are set. I'd say this movie is underrated. Now a movie that is extremely overrated is the Shawshank Redrmption, we get it he's in jail big whoop! I liked that movie but it doesn't get to me like zombieland does. And I'm more of a Comedy/Sci-Fi person so I don't enjoy dramas or crimes that much. Zombieland. 10/10, for the zombies, guns, comedy, Emma Stone(yes!), and Bill Murray. And also that how many people say it sucks but it's still got a 7.8 rating. Top 500!

Stranger Than Fiction (2006)

A more serious version of Will Ferrel

I just watch this movie and I have to say, it was excellent. This is the first time I've seen Will Ferrel in a more serious tone than humor. Although you still get the humor in ......different ways then you would expect in a movie starring Will Ferrel. This movie really spoke to me. I also do love Will Ferrel's way of comedy, just watch land of the lost.

I encourage you, even if you don't like Will Ferrel or his comedy, watch this movie for the plot, story, and speechless tense scenes. Put actors and opinions aside and throw them out the window. You won't be disappointed.

Jurassic Park (1993)

How Is this NOT in the top 250?

Jurassic Park is the main reason I became a dinosaur fan. When I first saw this movie when I was about 3 or 4 I watched it mainly for the dinosaurs, which I still do but after watching it when I'm a lot older I started to not just love the dinosaurs but the IDEA of a theme park zoo filled with dinosaurs! I also think the story is amazing. I don't see how anyone could hate this film or give it a 1 out of 10. Also as you may know, Dr. Grants character is based on the famous paleontologist Jack Horner. Who as we speak is working on reverse engineering a chicken to give is teeth, tail, and change its wings to claws. This is just one of the many reasons I am interested so much in JP. It has inspired people and has been inspired by people. 10/10

Call of Duty: Black Ops (2010 Video Game)

A Big Multiplayer Improvement from the horrible MW2

Finally! Treyarch is back and they don't disappoint! Now MW2 wasn't that bad but the Multiplayer is WAY better on Black Ops, mainly because of the great amount of features that have been added to it which makes the Multiplayer better than MW2! The customization that they five you makes Black Ops Mutliplayerba big greater step from MW2. Let's face it, MW1 is better than MW2 and Black Ops is better than MW2. So all in all What MW2 an infinity ward lacked in, Black Ops and Treyarch improved in! The campaign is even on both games but what makes black ops better is they brought back some of the great features from WaW. Such as the attack dogs, nazi zombies, and the old 50s, 60s setting. 9 out of 10 mostly because of the lags and glitches in it's multiplayer. And I hope MW3 improves from MW2

Scream 4 (2011)

F**K Bruce Willis!

I love this movie. Can't compare to the original but certainly is entertaining nevertheless. Having a comical actor like Anthony Anderson in this movie provided comical relief even ***SPOLIERS*** after getting stabbed in the forehead! the twists in this movie were really great as well with not knowing what's going to happen next or who the killer(s) was? Some of the killings might of been a little brutal but overall really cool in a sick-cool type of way. Nice thing is bringing back the original characters because without them this movie wouldn't of been as great as it was. Even though this movie was great the 1st is and always will be the best of the four movies. And also I was really wanting to stab Emma Roberts Character in the face at the end of the movie.

Jurassic Park III (2001)

Not JP1 but certainly NOT bad at all

Jurassic Park 3 has been hugely criticized for being more gore than heart. Does that matter in any sense? The main reason half the people that watch the first movie was for well.... THE DINOSAURS! And hay you get'em in this movie as well, it's just they were depicted a little more monstrous and brain dead than usual. The only part of this movie I didn't like was that they made the Spinosarous the main antagonist and had it killed everyones favorite a very superior dinosaur the T-Rex. Don't get me wrong, I thought the Spinosarous was a great Addition to the franchise but still, I think the T-Rex should of killed the Spinosarous, JUST SAYIN! So yeah this movie is no where near as bad as people say, and if your a die-hard JP fan, like me, you'll enjoy this movie just as much as the others!

The Shawshank Redemption (1994)

Not Bad but doesn't deserve to be number 1 in my opinion

This the most overrated movie I have seen, how this movie is number 1 on IMDb is beyond me. Now this movie isn't bad it's just that the movie is so over rated that there are movies not in the top 250(Jurassic Park) that I'd rather watch than this. And that are more ground breaking than this movie was. Now the best part of this movie in my opinion is Morgan Freeman he is just SUCH a talented actor in the position he plays in this movie. He is the main reason I watched this movie. This is not Morgan's best movie but certainly not his worst. The reason I gave this a 7 is how over rated it is. I'm not saying I hate this movie, which I don't, I'm just shocked at the fact that its number 1?! There are a lot more movies out there that deserve more credit than this film.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009 Video Game)

The only company that should be making COD games is Treyarch!

One thing is for certain, COD MW2 is not the worst of the series but nowhere near the best! Personally my favorite COD is World at War, before everyone started hacking it. Personally think that Treyarch should be the only company making the series. I am not saying this because only Treyarch puts nazi zombies in their games, I'm saying they should cause of what they did with the multiplayer on Black Ops. Giving the player the chance to customize! Modern Warfare 2 lacks multiplayer, the only part i liked was some of the weapons, but the campaign I can give a thumbs up to. Probably the only thing making Me give this game a 5/10 is the campaign. Worst multiplayer experience I've had in a while. The first game I've ever want to take back to the store.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008)

To all you People giving this movie a 1, u must truly not like ANY of the Indy movies if u hate one of the movies u basically hate them all because there was really no difference between this one and the other three, the fiction in this movie is the same as the other Ones. There is stuff in the first three that defies logic JUST like this one. I thought it was a really good movie, same old Harrison Ford and same old type of adventure so QUIT YOUR COMPLAINING! If u didn't like the movie then why would you waste your time writing a review about how it's "unrealistic". hay it's just as unrealistic and the script is just as predictable as the first three movies!
