I thought the first two eps were fab but I really didn't see the point of this ep...character development? Setting up later eps? Stalling? The writing was poor...not sure what happened..hopefully back on track next week.

Ignore people complaining about violence

I jumped on here to see the reviews before i got home.. It is not violent nor graphic...either the reviewers must have been..god only knows..I don't..they must have only ever watched the Brady bunch...previous episodes were far more violent..I don't understand such reviews..to come from a country with so many guns and so,much violence is frankly bewildering and yet so squeamish about history.. It's going away from the books more... All I'd say is don't re read the books before watching the new season If you come in with an open mind you'll enjoy it more

I was too scared to watch the original movie as a child, and I still haven't watched it...I plan to soon...so for the purpose of this review I'll have to keep it at the series and not compare it to the movie. The world is beautiful, the puppetry is amazing....I'm shocked at other reviews that have said the puppets are too frozen...I suggest they watch the behind the scenes doco also on Netflix to see how it was all done. I don't think you could physically get any more movement in the faces. I think it's wonderful that this concept has been brought back and I hope another series is greenlit. I do think there are too many episodes for the story...I am not a fan of the story process as described by the writers...I know that's the way a lot of television is written these days but I find this leads to things not flowing or making sense...the story just becomes a way to get from a to b. (Rather than a story that has been fully planned out as it were) On a final note, I found elements of the story to be terrifying and heart wrenching..not going to say any more than that...I'm not sure how another reviewer could say it wasn't dark enough... Like I said...I found elements to be very dark! I would not show this to young children. Now to watch the original movie!

I don't know what is going on...multiple people told me this was great..I was lead to believe the first episode was the best thing since sliced bread. Ummm nooo... Anyone who,likes the spy or government corruption intrigue factor watch Spooks...it's SO MUCH BETTER.. This was okay..but it was just ok....it was so grim I wanted to just...ughhh it made me so glad I don't live in a country like this... Richard madden was great It was just..ok.. Mmm the supporting actors...were boring and beige...I think maybe if they do this again spend more money on better supporting actors

I really enjoyed it I can't believe that the score on here was 5.8 before it was even released..actually I can,..please disregard I guess that campaign from some sections of our society just could not let it go Aside from that..everyone was great..unless you're a big man cry baby you'll definitely enjoy it

So I can't be offended by this show like the trump supporters who come here to bring it down because I'm Australian... This show is the bomb.. It holds a mirror up to what is going on in the us and that works for other crappy countries like my own under right wing jerks... This is so much better than the good wife...plus it has all my fave characters from that show... Special mention to Christine Baranski...she is the best..just watch it...and don't listen to the haters because they're just here to bring the rating down
