Haven't actually seen this myself but I heard it's much like Band of Brothers just not as good. However, I still only heard mainly positive things about this series.

Another one I haven't seen but anyone I know who has said it's fantastic. I'm going to be watching this fairly soon anyway along with anything else I may say I haven't watched yet. If I recommend things I haven't seen, I try and make sure they're still quite good from word-of-mouth.
