Another quality episode.

The Detectives are now overrun with Spirits wanting their help, so much so that they can be choosy with their clients, one case does interest them, a man who went on a rampage, killing his family, in a now haunted house.

Best episode so far? Perhaps, definitely the most bloody thirsty one so far, the first one that didn't feel overly kitsch or cutesy, the story of the family being killed over and over, was actually pretty bleak, it worked rather well.

Once again, they're cramming in so much content, it could easily not work, but it's all coming together so nicely.

The realms of possibility are endless, it really is a magical world, and so far, this series gets a big thumbs up from me.

Jealousy always makes for a good storyline.

Goof

Near the end of the episode Charles, the younger of the two ghosts, is handed, and then holds, a tyre lever (a long metallic bar with a hook at the one end - used to remove rubber car tyres from the steel rims they are on). He does this and yet suffers with no negative effects. Ghosts cannot touch iron as it burns their ghost skin, we see this earlier in the episode when the which hits him on the leg with her iron walking cane, and his leg (he is wearing long trousers) is set on fire... The tyre lever which is handed to Charles is certainly made of iron and yet somehow Charles's skin is fine this time.
