An animation from Newgrounds with a bunch of characters in pop culture, all come to fight Godzilla. Very silly, but a classic nonetheless

A time capsule of early 2000s internet culture

This flash-animated music video feels like a time-capsule of the early 2000s pop culture: The art style, the references (Especially the Chuck Norris one), the type of humor...Practically everything about it screams "this is a product of the 2000s", especially in the then flourishing age of internet, as it slowly became a more mainstream part of everyday life.

If somebody tried to make a modern equivalent of this video in the current era, featuring modern celebrities and modern pop-culture references, it honestly wouldn't be as charming. And it probably would be something boring and cringeworthy.
